Battery to be broadcast on Jamaican TV station TV7

The Charleston Battery continue to further their global reach, with Jamaican TV station TV7 acquiring rights to broadcast the team’s games in the country.

The news comes as little surprise, as the Battery have had a string of players come from the Caribbean nation, with Jamaican internationals Obi Woodbine and Romario Williams currently plying their trade for the Black and Yellow, and the likes of Omar Daley and most notably Dane Kelly being part of Battery teams of yesteryear.

Battery games have already been broadcast this year and will continue for at least the rest of the 2017 season, with the current crop of Raggae Boys understandably being a major focus.
